Welcome to Nostalgia Lighting.  I'm Nick Harding, President and Owner of Nostalgia Lighting and Decorum Hardware.  I started over 25 years ago in the marine and architectural salvage business having been drawn to the strength, utility and beauty found in pieces from another, simpler time.  These origins and the knowledge gained are what has driven us to reproduce those elusive qualities found in the period styles of yesterday for your home, cottage, cabin, lodge, or timber frame, even your business or restaurant.  Nostalgia Lighting interior lighting fixtures are custom-made and handcrafted to your exacting needs.  We've learned there is nothing more valuable than a personal person-to-person approach coupled with custom work to satisfy even the most discerning clients.  This way each fixture is custom fit to your needs.  As I like to say, "choice not chance".  As of the Fall of '07, we've taken on a new line of exterior lighting options from a New Hampshire company that creates a whole host of quality, handmade exterior lanterns (wall mounted, hanging, or post mounted).  You'll find them in our shared shopping cart in the Decorum Hardware web site along with our own custom fixtures.

For our custom interior lighting fixtures, begin by browsing through our basic light fixture designs in the Interior Lighting section.  Make your selections, then contact us with your order request.  We'll confirm your order, talk to you about your options and choices, and help you with any technicalities that may be involved with each style of lighting fixture.  We prefer to work with you person-to-person so that you get the exact fixture that fits your room.  Each light becomes a one of a kind.  No more searching.

When you call or visit, you'll speak with Burr Chase, my Master Lighting Designer and Builder (aka the "Lightsmith").  Burr will answer all of your questions, work with you to design your exact lighting requirements, then he will take your information into his shop to build your lights with detailed attention to quality and proportion.
